How to speak so people want to listen

In our article 'From good advisor to great advisor' we stated that some advisors feel like farmers don't want to listen to them. Though there are a lot of factors involved in this, here's an interesting one from Julian Treasure: your voice. Listen to his tips to use your voice better.
